Changes in the Supervisory Board of mBank S.A.

Karolina Mitraszewska is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, banking, strategic advisory, investments, innovation and the transformation of large organisations operating in regulated environments. She was the President of the Management Board in PFR Ventures, Vice-President of the Management Board and a Member of the Management Board at Nest Bank, and also held managerial positions at, among others, Nest Bank, Santander Bank Polska and EY.

She has broad management and supervisory experience covering strategy, corporate governance, finance, investments, innovation, risk management, operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, business model transformation and organisational effectiveness. Throughout her career, she has been involved in leading complex transformation programmes, improving profitability and operational efficiency, developing digital banking, automating processes, building modern operating models and strengthening organisational resilience.

Karolina Mitraszewska holds a PhD in Economics from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD. She is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in International Economic and Political Relations and in Marketing and Management. She also completed the Oxford Private Equity Programme at Saïd Business School University of Oxford, and the International Business programme at DIS in Copenhagen.

She is a member of the Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors and a member of the LiderSHE Association. She cooperates with Vital Voices, Strong Women in IT and CIONET.
