On 27-th of January 2005 BRE Bank’s Supervisory Board has appointed Mr Jerzy Jozkowiak new BRE Bank’s Board Member, responsible for retail and Private Banking. The same day BRE Bank’s Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting decided to extend Supervisory Board’s composition from 8 up to 9 person. The new Supervisory Board Member has been appointed Mr Martin Blessing, who will perform duties of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BRE Bank.Mr Martin Blessing, born in 1963. From 1983 to 1984 took Apprenticeship at Dresdner Bank AG. In 1984-1987 studied Business Administration at the University of Frankfurt and the University of St. Gallen. Completed MBA at University of Chicago in 1988. In 1989-1996 worked in McKinsey (Frankfurt and New York), first as Consultant than as Partner (from 1994). From 1997 to 2000 in Dresdner Bank AG, Frankfurt as Joint Manager of Private Customers Department. In the years 2000-2001 in Advance Bank AG, Munich as Chairman of the Board. Since November 1, 2001 Member of the Board of Managing Directors of Commerzbank AGMr Jerzy Jozkowiak’s business relations with BRE Bank started at 2002. Since 27 January 2005 appointed BRE Bank’s Board Member, responsible for retail and Private Banking.Jerzy Jozkowiak (born in 1958) graduated in 1983 from the Foreign Trade Faculty of Warsaw School of Economics (SGH – former SGPiS). In the years 1984-1990 he was a member of the academic research and teaching staff at the Institute of Economic Development of SGPiS. In the years 1990-1993 he was an advisor of companies incorporated on the basis of the commercial code in the financial sector. In the years 1993-1995 he worked as Director of the Restructuring and Debt Vindication Department at the bank PBG SA in Lodz. In the years 1995-1996 he was the President of the PBG-Fundusz Inwestycyjny investment fund company, whereas in the years 1996-1998 Deputy President of the Management Board of the Bank PBG S.A. From January 1999 r. till +December 2001 - executive director at the Bank PeKaO S.A. Starting from January 2002 till now at BRE Bank SA, first as Director of the Bank in charge of Finance, Risk and Operations in the retail banking business line.
