The Supervisory Board conditionally appointed Cezary Kocik for the position of CEO of mBank. At the same time, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee recommended to the Supervisory Board the selection of Krzysztof Bratos as candidate for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Retail Banking.
Cezary Kocik will take up the position after obtaining the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and after the termination of office of the current President of the Management Board - Cezary Stypułkowski.
Krzysztof Bratos will take up the position after obtaining a positive suitability assessment and after Cezary Kocik ceases to perform this function.
Krzysztof Bratos has over 18 years of banking experience gathered through various global institutions. He joined mBank in 2015 and since 2021 he has been Managing Director responsible for Private Banking, Wealth Management and Brokerage House. During his 9 years at mBank, he and his teams managed to build a leading Private Banking unit, the largest Retail Brokerage House, and one of the fastest growing Retail investment distribution platforms in Poland. Krzysztof grew up in Szczecin and obtained his Master of Economy at the Poznan University of Economics. He is also a Harvard Business School alumnus.
